The big event this past month was the $50,000
Devon Arena Eventing on May 28th as part of the historic Devon Horse Show. This was the first time for the event at
Devon, so there was a lot of nervous anticipation leading up to the event. And
overall, Susan was really pleased with the event and thought that it was a
positive experience for everyone involved. Sunday evening is typically a slow
evening at Devon, and everyone was pleased to see that the bleachers were
packed for the showcase!
Special mention should go to Captain Mark Phillips for
designing a really super course that was quite challenging, while still being
very safe for both the horses and riders. And a big CONGRATS to Sara Kozumplik
Murphy for her flawless rounds on Rubens D’Ysieux! Click here
