Nan Schumaker with MHIB's Jim Steele |
The big news of the month is that Susan got the notification
that she officially got her “R” Dressage Sport Horse Breeding (DSHB) license!
This will now allow her to judge at breeding championships around the country.
The big student news of the month is that Nan Schumaker won
the Touch of Class award presented by the Maryland Horse Industry Board (MHIB)!
This award was established in 2011 to honor Maryland horses, individuals,
teams, organizations or events that demonstrate the highest standards of
excellence in the Maryland Horse Industry. We’re so thrilled for Nan to have
received this award due to her top placing with La Cosa Nostra (aka Kozi)!
